New Jersey bracketology, Part II: Will Princeton have a Quad 1 chance after all?
A pair of massive road games loom for the Princeton Tigers, for more than one reason.
March 17 is now 54 days away. It’s a really big day in 2024! It’s Selection Sunday, college basketball’s national holiday, and I heard St. Patrick’s Day also falls on the 17th this year. I acknowledge that’s a holiday some folks like to celebrate. Just don’t be partying near me at 6 p.m. ET, when the Selection Show comes on. Or at noon, when the Ivy League final is being played. I’ll need to concentrate.

Since we last spoke, Seton Hall’s neutral-floor loss to Iowa moved into Quad 1, meaning only two losses (USC and Rutgers) reside outside the top quadrant. Meantime, they beat Butler on the road to earn a fourth Quad 1 win; only UConn has more than that among Big East competition.
